I’m partnering with selected companies in Los Angeles, providing an empowering and completely virtual High Achievers Health program to help employees adapt healthily to their new ‘at home’ working lifestyle.

High Achievers Health is a program specially tailored for companies to help their employees live healthier lives. It's live, interactive, high-energy, fun, and provides easy-to-apply healthy habits that impact personal preventative care. Importantly, it helps people create a regimen that suits their individual goals and lifestyle, leading to a far more productive and motivated workforce.

My clients were reporting employees feeling lonely, high on anxiety, low on motivation, and, in some cases, unable to complete their work to the best of their ability. High Achievers Health is proactive to avoid these challenges, and reactive to turn employees around through live, interactive sessions designed to wake up desk life— leading to a more productive and motivated workforce through:

  • Quick Prep Nutritional Recipes 

  • How to Shop and Fill Your Fridge 

  • Optional One-on-one Private Health Goal Sessions

This is not a program where you get online tools and are left to have at it. You get me! Live every week. Bringing you new ways to destress, detox, revitalize, relax, enjoy, and feel amazing!

PROGRAM OUTLINE

  • 3-Month Minimum – Up to a year.

  • Weekly 30-60 min live, interactive sessions that energize desk life with a mix of fun and easy-to-apply habits that make a difference in both daily and long-term health.

  • The weekly sessions will be (preferably) at the beginning of the week and during company time so that people will be more motivated to attend. For example, Monday Motivation Coffee Break.

  • Each session allows time in the end for employees to ask questions. If they wish to ask questions in private, they can email me directly.

  • The opportunity to work one-on-one with me will be available. This can be provided within the coaching series and paid by the company or offered as an optional extra, paid by the employee.
